Place your upcoming events on the organizer's page using Template:Poster.
A bot will automatically move the poster to the correct time period on this page as time passes. After the event has passed, the bot will move the event poster to Recent events, where it will be displayed for one week. The bot will never alter the event page (if you created one) or the organizer's page.
